At Ash Official, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or not as expected, you may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below:
Eligibility for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement:

An unboxing video must be provided as proof of the item's condition upon arrival.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Replaceable Items
The following items cannot be replaced:

Replacement Process

Email us at ashofficial2523@gmail.com with your order number, unboxing video, and reason for the replacement request.

If approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions.

Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement item will be shipped.
Shipping for Replacements

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

In cases of defects or wrong items, Ash Official will cover the return shipping or provide an alternative solution.

The unboxing video must clearly show the package being opened and the product's condition.

Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for replacement.
